Copiers handle...Until the copiers have completed their task, there is nothing for the listener to hear and therefore this is a vital role. Our copiers receive the "master tapes" which have been recorded and then make the appropriate copies. We have two machines each of which makes 11 copies of a tape every 4 minutes approximately. The tapes, having been tested to ensure that they have copied correctly are then put into wallets for mailing. Since there are four different editions being copied, the copiers ensure that the correct tapes go into the correctly addressed wallets. Copying takes places between 9am and 11am on Saturday mornings and there is normally a team of two copiers (on a 6 weekly rota).
